About Quality and Price

Yesterday, we had a visitor who discussed the product pricing and requested us to lower the specifications to meet their budgetary needs.

The topic of pricing has always been a recurrent one, and different customers have varying preferences for quality. Let’s take our current mini karaoke machine as an example. The quality we offer includes sound enhancement capabilities, making the singing experience much more enjoyable. After all, when it comes to entertainment, the key is to make it fun.

The customer requested us to remove the sound enhancement feature and offer a cheaper price, believing it would sell well in the market. While I don’t deny this perspective, personally, I, too, compare prices when faced with similar products. However, sometimes this leaves me feeling deceived because the product may appear great but falls short of expectations, leading to a loss of confidence in such products. Our focus, though, is to make customers fall in love with our products after using them, rather than using them once and then discarding them.

I still remember when karaoke microphones first became popular, and soon the market was flooded with chaotic pricing. One particular microphone was priced at 9.9 CNY, but it was one of the first to lose its market share. We cannot take consumers for granted; instead, we should respect our customers and provide them with a better experience so they can truly enjoy their entertainment.

Therefore, we will not compromise on quality to cater to lower prices. Instead, we aim to optimize our supply chain while maintaining quality standards, all with the goal of achieving better pricing.

In life, we encounter people with different personalities and preferences, so it’s natural that their pursuits will differ too. Thus, we must find our own positioning and remain steadfast in being true to ourselves.

It is essential to emphasize that value for money is not just about getting the cheapest product available. Instead, it involves considering the quality and features of the product in relation to its price. A product with a slightly higher price tag may offer significantly better performance, durability, and user experience, making it a more reasonable investment in the long run.

As a company, our goal is to provide products that strike the perfect balance between quality and price. By offering reliable and high-quality products at a reasonable cost, we aim to ensure that our customers feel satisfied with their purchase and recognize the true value they receive. Ultimately, we believe that investing in a better product can lead to greater satisfaction and enjoyment in the customer’s experience, making it a win-win situation for both parties.
