  1. Is there anything else I can do to try and fix the microphone? I’ve rebooted the mic and the speaker multiple times, I’ve raised the volume to max and lowered to min, and raised to max again. I’ve changed effects, but alas no luck in getting the mic to make any sounds other than the speaker does beep when I get to max or min volume and it beeps when I short press the effects button… The “built in music” I believe is played from the mic to the speaker(?) and I can’t get it to play anymore either… So the only sounds I’m getting from the mic now is when the volume max/min, or the effect button is quick pressed… I’ve charged both devices fully and like I said I’ve rebooted them both multiple times. The mic blue light is switching to solid shortly after turning on; however the speaker blue light continues to flash, even though I’ve just turned the speaker on and have not pressed the M button, which according to your instructions above is what you have to press to put it into Bluetooth mode…?

    1. I don’t know which factory your product is produced by. Usually the microphone and speaker are automatically connected. After adjusting the sound, you will hear your own voice calling the microphone. If there is no sound from the microphone at all, it may be that the IC of the receiver is broken.

  2. Same problem.. Mic does not connect with the Speaker.. been trying to restart Ang both are fully charged yet this mic doesn’t connect with the speaker.. but the speaker is too good.. the only problem is the microphone

    1. My friend told me an issue yesterday, he mentioned the microphone and the speaker do not match. The reason is that the manufacturer placed the wrong microphone during packaging.
This kinda product requires a microphone to transmit and a speaker to receive. The transmitting and receiving chips are one-to-one, and different styles of products are not universal. Therefore, once the microphone is misplaced, the microphone and speaker cannot be connected.
So now the microphone and speaker cannot be connected for the following reasons, maybe:
      1) Pack the wrong microphone
      2) The receiving chip is broken

  3. Microphone is not connected to the speaker the blue light indicator just keeps on flicker, is there any way to connect the microphone to the speaker the seller is not responding anymore its been 3 days already and its my 1st time to open and used it then this is the problem.
    I can’t use it..
